01 · Acceptance of terms

02 · Nature of services

Prenam Asset Distribution LLP is engaged in mutual fund distribution services and is registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-371383). We facilitate the purchase and servicing of mutual fund schemes.

We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and do not provide investment advice or portfolio management services. We provide only incidental services as permitted under applicable regulations for mutual fund distributors.

03 · No guaranteed returns

Prenam Asset Distribution LLP does not guarantee any specific returns, minimum returns or capital protection on mutual fund investments. Past performance of any scheme is not indicative of future results. All investments are subject to market risks, including possible loss of principal.

04 · Commission and fees

We receive trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. This commission forms part of the scheme’s Total Expense Ratio (TER) and does not increase your cost of investment.

Investors who wish to avoid distributor commission may choose Direct Plans directly through the respective AMC. See our commission disclosure for the full position.

05 · Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete information for KYC and transactions
• Reading all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing
• Understanding that all investments are subject to market risks
• Making your own informed investment decisions
• Keeping your account credentials and OTPs confidential
• Informing us of any changes to your personal or financial information
• Reviewing your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) and transaction confirmations regularly

All content, logos, graphics, text and materials on this website are the property of Prenam Asset Distribution LLP. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

07 · Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites (AMC portals, SEBI, AMFI and similar resources) for user convenience. We do not control or endorse these websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

08 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

Prenam Asset Distribution LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of this website or reliance on information provided on it
• Investment decisions made on the basis of website content
• Technical failures or interruptions of service
• Unauthorised access to your data
• Acts or omissions of AMCs, RTAs or other third-party service providers
